Adecco is partnering with US Tech MNC to look for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer (SRE).

This role is responsible for building and maintaining secure, highly available cloud infrastructure, integrating security into DevOps workflows, and improving system reliability, observability, and automation.

The Talent:

Minimum 5-8years of experience in the relevant role.

Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and security practices

Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, IAM, networking) and Rancher

Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting for automation

Deep experience with Terraform (IaC) and secure infrastructure design

Expertise in container security, vulnerability scanning, and image optimization

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab) and DevSecOps practices

Understanding of open-source governance, licensing, and dependency management

Advanced / Nice-to-Have

Experience with service mesh (Istio) and secure service communication (mTLS)

Knowledge of API security, gateways, OAuth/JWT, and WAF configurations

Exposure to distributed systems and microservices at scale

Background in cloud security posture management (CSPM)

Relevant certifications (AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Security Specialty, CKS)

The Job:

Manage incident response and resolution, improving MTTD/MTTR through automation and AI-driven solutions

Design and operate secure Kubernetes environments (AWS EKS, Rancher) with zero-trust and RBAC controls

Provision and secure AWS infrastructure (VPCs, IAM, networking) using least-privilege principles

Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) with embedded security and policy checks

Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning

Deploy and manage containerized applications, ensuring secure image lifecycle and runtime protection

Establish observability frameworks (OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus) for performance and security monitoring

Troubleshoot and resolve availability, performance, and security issues across distributed systems

Enhance developer experience with efficient, secure, and user-friendly tooling

Support cloud migration and integration of legacy systems into secure cloud environments
