Business Development Executive (Freight Forwarding / Hunter Role)
Location : Changi Business Park
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + $700 Allowance + Up to 18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Sales in developing and executing effective sales strategies
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across freight forwarding services
Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing clients and strategic partners
Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and client presentations
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industr0079
In-depth knowledge of international shipping processes, customs clearance, and trade documentation
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Frequent client visits required; must be willing and able to travel to meet clients (transport allowance provided).
