About the Opportunity
Our esteemed client is searching for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to become the welcoming heart of their vibrant downtown office. A Day in the Life
You'll be the go-to person for creating a positive first impression and ensuring the office operates like a well-oiled machine. Your day-to-day will be a dynamic mix of:
Creating a Warm Welcome: Greeting visitors with a smile, managing calls and emails, handling mail and couriers, and keeping our reception area looking its best.
Supporting Office Space: Helping keep the office running smoothly by managing meeting rooms, ordering pantry supplies and office stock, and coordinating with building management or vendors when needed.
Being a Team Player: Lending a hand with ad-hoc administrative tasks, supporting internal event logistics, and jumping in wherever you're needed to help the team succeed.
Ideal Profile
You don't need to be a seasoned expert—just someone with the right attitude and a desire to grow. Our ideal candidate has:
At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role like reception, retail, or office support.
A confident and friendly communication style that puts people at ease.
Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a plus).
Bonus points if you have some experience coordinating with vendors or helping with facilities.
