Project Coordinator
Location: Tai Seng
Working hours: 5.5 days work week - Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm), Saturday (9.30am - 1.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Support Project Manager in project implementation
Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised
Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work
Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and workers
Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications
Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Candidate with Safety Management Officer Certificate (SMO) and Working at Height Certificate would be an advantage
Good knowledge in interior fit-out and builder’s work and able to read as build drawings
