Car Garage Supervisor
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 4pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to SGD 3,500 Basic Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Direct daily workshop activities, manage workflow, and ensure timely vehicle repair/maintenance to minimize downtime
Lead and mentor mechanics, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure training on safety protocols
Handle customer inquiries, provide job quotations, resolve complaints, and conduct final inspections on vehicles to ensure repairs meet standards
Manage inventory levels of parts, equipment, and supplies
Ensure strict adherence to environmental, safety, and industry regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair and workshop management
Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Possess a valid driving license
