Project Coordinator
Location: Sims Close
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution
Read and interpret technical drawings, and translate them into fabrication/production requirements
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and sales to manage requirements and timelines
Source props, materials, and finishes to meet design and project needs
Prepare project documents such as schedules, reports, quotations, and meeting notes
Support on-site supervision during set-ups, dismantling, and installations when required
Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks or delays
Requirements:
1 year of experience in project coordination (interior, events, or exhibitions preferred)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and support occasional weekend/late-night setups
