Executive Assistant (Up to 5K | Bank | 2 month)
The Opportunity
Administrative, secretarial support to selected
Provide administrative and secretarial support to selected Department Heads from Investment Solutions Group
Organize and schedule meetings, maintain outlook calendar and make appointments to facilitate the running of the business.
Check and ensure the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Work with Corporate Services/IT in timely reporting of the meeting rooms/facilities/equipment which requires quick fixes
Maintaining office systems, office equipment, and filing
Arrange business travel and accommodation as well as expense/invoice management for selected members of the team
Manage logistics for office moves/seat plan and new joiners' on board (including but not limited to desk/seat allocation, setup of desktop, stationery supplies and phone extension)
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretarial role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with expense and invoice management systems (e.g., Concur or similar)
