Operation Executive (ENTRY ROLE/SHIP CHANDLER / PIONEER) KZ 8
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily vessel supply and delivery arrangements.
Communicate with vessel agents, captains, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and other logistics documents.
Track shipments and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
Support agency services when required.
Maintain proper records of orders and communications.
Handle urgent operational requests when necessary, including outside normal hours.
Follow company standards for safety, quality, and customer service.
Requirements
Diploma / NITEC in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Responsible with good attention to detail.
Willing to work flexible hours when required.
Experience in ship supply, logistics, or port operations is an advantage but not required.
