Car Garage Supervisor
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 4pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to SGD 5,000 (Gross - Basic + Commission) + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day workshop flow, including work scheduling, job assignment, and progress monitoring to meet deadlines
Supervise, train, and mentor technicians and mechanics to ensure productivity and adherence to quality standards
Manage client relations, including explaining technical issues, providing accurate cost estimates, and resolving complaints
Inspect completed work and provide expert guidance on complex repairs
Manage, order, and maintain inventory of spare parts, consumables, and shop tools
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Monitor KPIs such as revenue, turnaround times, and profitability through proper costing and pricing
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
Experienced in servicing vehicles
Strong diagnostic ability, team management, customer relationship management, and proficiency with workshop software
Deep understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repairs
