Admin Executive (Marine Insurance)
Review and process policy documents, ensuring accuracy before system entry and proper record maintenance.
Perform high-volume data entry and document uploads while maintaining attention to detail and turnaround timelines.
Provide administrative support to the claims function, including documentation checks and case file coordination.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure completeness of records and smooth workflow across departments.
Support general administrative duties as required to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Open to candidates with limited or no prior experience; with relevant internships or administrative exposure.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
