Our client is a well-established global lifestyle multinational with a strong presence across Asia. Known for its dynamic culture and strong brand identity, they are currently looking to hire a Senior HR Shared Services Specialist to support their regional HR operations from Singapore.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR operational support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding
Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, letters, and certification requests
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems (HRIS)
Support payroll processing including data inputs, verification, and coordination with vendors
Administer employee benefits, leave management, and insurance matters
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
Support HR projects, process improvements, and system enhancements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Min. 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / HR Administration
Prior experience in an MNC or regional environment is preferred
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle)
Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and labour regulations
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
