Job Responsibilities
Up to $3,700 | HR Executive / Senior Executive | 11-Month Contract
• Administer annual awards and employee recognition programs
• Support retention and recognition initiatives across the organization
• Coordinate reward-related activities to ensure timely execution
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to awards and initiatives
• Support initiatives that promote organizational values and workplace standards
• Assist in reinforcing professional conduct and workplace practices
• Provide coordination and administrative support for HR-related projects
• Assist in planning and executing engagement-related activities
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support departmental initiatives as assigned

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Prior experience in HR, administration, or employee engagement will be an advantage
? Working Hours
• Monday – Thursday: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
• Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM

• $3,600 – $3,700 per month (based on relevant experience)
