Sales Coordinator
Location : Kallang Pudding Road (Nearest MRT: Mattar)
Working hours : Monday to Friday |9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,500 + AWS + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Handle quotations, orders, and customer enquiries
Process sales orders and update customers on delivery status
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment
Support invoicing, payment follow-up, and sales admin tasks
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Liaise with suppliers / factories / service providers on order status and shipment updates (as needed)
Coordinate basic shipping / delivery documentation and scheduling (training provided if required)
Support ad-hoc coordination duties related to customer orders and fulfilment
Requirements:
Minimum O’/A’ Levels and/or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields of study.
Minimum two years of experience in handling sales quotations, logistics, customer-service, clerical & administrative functions.
Knowledge in international freight forwarding is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
