The Job
Manage Contract Staffing recruitment for Engineering (70%) & Supply Chain (30%) related roles
Deliver a sales-driven recruitment experience, building strong relationships with clients and candidates
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate screening, interviews to offer management
Expand business opportunities by managing warm leads
Achieve individual and team targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Ensure a positive and professional experience for clients and candidates
The Talent
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruitment targets is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A collaborative team player who thrives in a results-driven environment
Adaptable and resilient, able to perform well in a fast-paced setting
