Position : Logistic Supervisor (Warehouse)
Location : North East – Tai Seng Drive
Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Monitor inventory accuracy and update stock records in ERP/WMS
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules
Lead and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and productivity
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and 5S housekeeping practices
Conduct stock checks, reconciliation, and basic operational reporting
Support process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience in inventory control, ERP/WMS, and shipment coordination
Valid forklift licence required
Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Syspro, SAP, or Oracle
