As a HR & Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage full spectrum of HR functions including payroll, commission computation, and statutory submissions (CPF, IR21, IR8A, government claims, etc.).
Oversee end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee lifecycle matters such as contracts, confirmations, appraisals, salary reviews, and bonuses.
Maintain HR system records including attendance, leave, and claims administration.
Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary cases.
Administer foreign worker processes including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical requirements.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Liaise with banks, government agencies, and external vendors on HR, compliance, and operational matters.
Support basic accounting functions such as payment processing, banking forms, and incoming fund updates.
Manage administrative duties including license/insurance renewals, procurement, office supplies, and corporate events.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for HR and administrative records.
Liaise with external accounting service providers as required.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in any field of studies.
At least 3 years of experiences in HR functions.
