Support the Department Head in managing service contracts, including commercial, billing, and client management for existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales planning and develop strategies to grow the service portfolio
Manage and build relationships with existing and new clients
Prepare, negotiate, and review maintenance contract proposals and terms
Participate in tenders and handle contract documentation
Act as a liaison between commercial and operations teams
Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Support digital initiatives and identify growth opportunities
Prepare regular performance and reporting metrics
Ensure compliance with internal policies and sales processes
Requirements:
Min Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
Min 2 to 3 years of sales experience in MNCs
Experience in contract sales / services / leasing industry
Proficient in MS office applications
