Manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 300–350 employees
Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll calculations, including overtime, allowances, deductions, and claims
Handle statutory submissions such as CPF, SDL, and foreign worker levies
Maintain and update employee payroll records and HR databases
Respond to payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally
Prepare regular payroll reports for management review
Support audits by providing required payroll documents and reports
Work closely with HR and Operations teams to ensure accurate headcount and payroll alignment
Requirements
Prior experience in payroll processing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, MOM regulations, levies, etc.)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage high-volume payroll independently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
Able to work under tight deadlines
