A manufacturer of computer, electronic and optical products is looking to hire a Store Assistant to be based in Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent role working 5.5 days per week (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5.30pm; Sat 9am – 1pm), offering a Basic salary + Performance Bonus + OT. What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle the receipt and dispatch of stock on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Pack and prepare outgoing customer shipments, including taking reference photos for record purposes.
- Update and maintain inventory records using computer systems such as Excel or inventory software.
- Generate delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports accurately and on time.
- Liaise with suppliers, delivery personnel, and internal colleagues to support smooth coordination of goods.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised store environment and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in daily store functions to ensure efficient workflow and operations.
- Provide operational support to the Store Manager on routine tasks and assignments.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCE or N Level qualification.
- Experience in store, warehouse, or retail operations would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or inventory systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a responsible work approach.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
