Job Description

Admin Assistant (Project/Coordination)


Location : East – Ubi (Nearest MRT : Ubi Station)


Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm OR 8.30am to 5.30pm


Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Year End Bonus + CNY Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits


Duration : Permanent


Industry : Manufacturing & distribution




Main Responsibilities:


Handle calls, visitors, and receipt of goods


Prepare quotations and purchase orders (AutoCount)


Source materials and negotiate pricing


Manage work pass and training course applications


Maintain ISO documentation


Project coordination, site progress reports, and monthly progress claims


Compile material catalogues and O&M manuals


Support other administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements:


Minimum of Nitec with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience


Proficient in Microsoft Office
