1. Daily Client Interaction:
- Coordinate meetings and viewings
- Handle client inquiries promptly
- Ensure seamless communication between the agent and clients
- Ad hoc outbound meeting once in a week
2. Manage Listings and Appointments:
- Keep track of property listings
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Organise open houses and viewings
3. Administrative Duties:
- Assist with paperwork and case submissions
- Maintain and organise digital and physical files
- Manage email and calendar
- Case submissions
4. Marketing & Social Media:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts and content uploads
- Engage with the community online and offline
5. Job Requirements
- Language Skills: Proficient in English & Mandarin to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Proficiencies: Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, and basic real estate operations.
What You'll Need: Your own personal laptop.
Advantages: Previous experience in social media marketing is a plus.
Working Schedule:
- Full Time
- 5 days per week
- 12pm ~ 8pm
- Flexible Hybrid Remote & In-Person
Pay: $2500- $3,300 per month
Bonus Commission with No Ceiling: 5% per successful closing
