Join a freight forwarding, packing and crating services company as a Sales Executive, based in Loyang. This is a permanent role with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, with working hours from either 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The package includes basic salary with commission, transport and mobile allowances, performance bonus, AWS, variable bonus, and medical benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new business opportunities to support company growth and sales targets.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and potential customers through regular phone communication.
- Build strong customer relationships and expand account opportunities.
- Serve as the key contact for customer enquiries, service matters, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are handled efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the system.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify and manage business and financial risks.
- Handle credit control matters as part of account management.
- Prepare quotations and provide sales support for customer requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas partners on pricing, shipment-related matters, and customer requests.
- Manage monthly pricing updates, sales reports, and related administrative tasks.
- Support ad-hoc duties when assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding is preferred.
- Willing to work additional hours when required.
