Responsibilities:
Business Development: Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
Account Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
Talent Acquisition: Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements, screening CVs, arranging interviews and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
Candidate Management: Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.
Growth & Development Plan:
Go through 1-1 training & career guidance for professional growth and development

Requirements:
min. bachelor's degree in any discipline
Interest in a Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or HR function
Ability to connect with and build relationships with various stakeholders and candidates
Passionate about People environment, results driven & outgoing personality
Work well independently and in a team environment with collaborative spirit
