Civil Engineer (Construction)
Location : Tuas South Street (Company Transport Provided -Buona Vista/ Tuas Area)
Working hours : 5 days a week 8:00 am -5:45 pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary Up to $5700 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Prepare tender plans, technical logistics, and value engineering (VE) proposals
Produce detailed drawings (architectural, structural, M&E) using AutoCAD/BIM
Prepare survey plans, topographical maps, and engineering drawings
Ensure drawings comply with project specs, codes, and standards
Revise drawings based on site conditions and stakeholder feedback
Support design coordination, clash detection, and model reviews
Provide technical support to project and site teams
Conduct site checks to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety
Recommend corrective actions and improvement solutions (VE)
Maintain proper documentation, version control, and drawing records
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of experience in civil & structural works (main contractor preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM knowledge is an advantage
Familiar with local regulations (BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB, URA)
Strong technical, analytical, and documentation skills
