Our client is a Manufacturing Services provider. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional HR Executive to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities for Regional HR Executive:
Provide day-to-day HR operational support and act as the key contact person for employees and managers on HR-related matters. Support the smooth execution and administration of HR processes and policies.
Support monthly payroll preparation and assist with HR administrative tasks related to organizational updates and restructuring activities.
Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and other personnel-related processes in partnership with HR Services.
Participate in HR projects by supporting operational execution, preparing reports, data analysis, and presentation materials when required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR generalist functions, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in core HR processes including onboarding, payroll administration, employee lifecycle management, and performance management.
