To act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
· To support workforce planning, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
· Use HR analytics and insights to support business decision-making.
· Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and people management.
· Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
· Support performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
· Support and manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
· Provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fair employment practices.
· Support retention strategies and workforce morale.
· Guide leaders through team restructuring and role redesign.
· Partner with HR operations for seamless service delivery.
· Support implementation of HR policies, systems and initiatives.
· Support General Manager, HR to oversee the full spectrum of office management and GA operations including:
o Overall maintenance, neatness and serviceability of the office premise and equipment.
o Procurement of equipment for office and warehouse usage.
o Review and negotiation for contract renewals and signing of equipment leasing or services.
o GA support to Singapore office staff
o To coordinate with the Company Secretary & legal consultant on any necessary issues
o Review and renewal of agreements and contracts with Distributors, Consultants, Service Providers
o Branding management
Competencies Required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others.
· Develop and maintain good relationships with employees at all levels within the company and also with external parties (e.g., partners, clients, vendors etc.).
· Having a high sense of integrity, transparency and accountability in all work tasks and interactions with others. Must be able to work with and handle highly confidential data.
· Detailed, well-organized and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritizing required actions accordingly to meet required deadlines.
· Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
· Strong communications and facilitation skills.
· Business acumen and strategic thinking.
· Be cost conscious and aware of divisional contribution to company profitability.
· Must be able to travel overseas if required.
Experience Required
· Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management/Administration or a related field.
· 6 to 9 years’ experience in HR operations and Management
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Good understanding of regulatory compliance and employment laws and practices in Singapore.
· Meticulous, organized and able to multitask.
· Enthusiastic team player.
· Prior experience in Manufacturing or Machinery Industry will be an added advantage.
· Prior experience in HRBP related position will be an added advantage.
· Prior experience in supporting leaders or large teams will be an added advantage.
