Seamaritime Agency Pte Ltd is a ship agency providing maritime and port agency services in Singapore and the region. We are looking for a responsible and motivated individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Receivable Assistant.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and issue customer invoices
Monitor and update customer payment records
Follow up on outstanding invoices by email and phone
Match incoming payments against invoices
Prepare customer statements when required
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
Assist with month-end accounting tasks
Learn and use Microsoft Business Central (BC) for daily accounting work
Perform other administrative and accounting duties assigned by Management
About you
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Positive attitude and able to work independently
