HR Executive, Employee Engagement


Job Description

Our client is a Well-Established Multinational Industrial Organisation with a strong global presence and a diverse workforce across manufacturing, engineering, and operations functions. The company is seeking a Senior HR Executive, Employee Engagement to support the development and execution of engagement initiatives that strengthen employee experience, culture, and organisational effectiveness.




Key Responsibilities


Support the design and execution of employee engagement strategies aligned with business and HR priorities.


Plan and implement engagement initiatives, employee communication activities, and culture-building programmes across sites/functions.


Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to identify engagement needs and workforce sentiment trends.


Coordinate employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and support action planning and follow-through.


Organise internal events, recognition programmes, townhalls, and employee communication campaigns.


Support onboarding and integration initiatives to enhance new hire experience.


Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports and insights for HR leadership and management review.


Work closely with cross-functional teams including Communications, Operations, and Corporate HR to ensure alignment of engagement efforts.


Support employer branding initiatives and employee value proposition activities.


Continuously identify opportunities to improve employee experience and strengthen organisational culture.




Key Requirements


Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


Min. 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee engagement, HR operations, or internal communications.


Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environment is an advantage.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.


Excellent organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.


Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/tools.


Creative, proactive, and passionate about employee experience and culture building.




Other information:


·       Location: East


·       Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours


·       Basic Salary: S$4,000 or Above + Bonuses
