HR Talent Acquisition Specialist


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and secure top talent.


You will play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting business growth and workforce planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.


Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, hiring priorities, and role expectations.


Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, networking, and recruitment partners.


Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and other specialised positions.


Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate suitability against business and technical requirements.


Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management.


Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.


Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data within applicant tracking systems.


Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and hiring outcomes.



Requirements


Min. Degree in any field.


Min. 5–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.


Proven experience hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialised roles within industrial, technology-driven, or high-tech environments.


Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.


Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
