Responsibilities
Provide technical support across a full range of enterprise products and network solutions, including preparing solution proposals and recommendations
Handle client inquiries and resolve technical-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and implement solutions for technical problems
Conduct testing and evaluation of new products and technologies
Deliver solution presentations and formal technical proposals to clients
Requirements:
Experienced in networking products (switches, routers, wireless access points and related technologies)
Strong knowledge of business networking solutions such as IP CCTV system, gateways, switches, APs
Minimum 3 years of experience in networking or technical support roles
Possession of certifications such as CCNA or CCNP is an added advantage
