Execute and compile Compensation that includes AWS, AI and PI, Bonuses;
File and manage WICA claim payout compilation,
Responsible for updating HRIS records for new employees
Responsible for updating, keeping track of uniform and access card inventory, including Staff members’ Uniform management
Administer employee benefits such as leave, claim and group insurance policies
Manage contract renewal and work pass renewal process for all foreign employees
Manage Staff members’ confirmation
To handle Staff members’ exit process
Managing SNB submission
Monthly Payroll approval, including Incentives (if any)
Submission of statutory leave entitlement
Review and align HR Payroll and Compensation policies
Support system maintenance HRIS – Infotech on performance module, claims, training and timesheet CICO
HR Compliance and Audit
Prepare (if any) Payroll audit trail log reports
Support HR Data Analytics
Prepare and analyse HR attrition analytics report quarterly (with inputs from exit survey)
MOM quarterly reports submission
Support the manager in planning and executing HR Technology
Automate timesheet +CICO
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
