Min Diploma in Business / HR or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of administration experience
Right attitude to collaborate with different parties to complete task while remaining confidential.
Job Description
Onboarding new employees from the moment received signed employment contract from HRBP/Recruiter
Off-boarding existing employees from the moment received instructions from HRBP
HR Administrative & Reporting on HR related systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Insurance & Medical Benefit Admin, Employee Shares Portal Admin, Government Surveys, Benefits Admin etc)
Helpdesk for Employees: HR Systems Ticketing raising and following through, preparing HR Letters for employees and answer HR Queries
