Main job scope:
Talent Sourcing
Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
CV Screening & Assessment
Review resumes and assess suitability against job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist suitable candidates.
Evaluate experience, qualifications, salary expectations, and notice periods.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Send interview invitations, reminders, and follow-ups.
Collect and update interview feedback.
Recruitment Administration
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Prepare candidate profiles, reports, and recruitment documents.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Candidate & Client Support
Respond to candidate enquiries and provide recruitment updates.
Support consultants in managing hiring requirements and timelines.
Reporting & Operations
Track recruitment activities and hiring progress.
Generate recruitment reports and assist with ad-hoc projects.
