Sales Account Executive


Location: Macpherson


Working Days: Monday to Friday


Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm


Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Commission + Performance Bonus


Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits


Duration: Permanent

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy client servicing, relationship building and sales coordination. You will manage existing accounts, support sales growth and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.




Responsibilities:


Serve as the main contact point for existing clients.


Build and maintain strong client relationships.


Achieve individual and team sales targets.


Provide prompt and professional customer service.


Handle feedback, resolve issues and follow up closely.


Manage new sales leads from the sales development team.


Submit monthly sales forecasts and track sales performance.


Support ad-hoc duties assigned by the Sales Division.




Requirements:


Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in account servicing, sales support or customer-facing sales roles.


Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Independent, organised and able to multitask.


Able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
