Warehouse Assistant (Logistics / WMS)
Location: Sunview, Pioneer / Benoi / Alps- Changi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,100 basic with AWS + Variable bonus + Medical benefits + Dental

Responsibilities
Perform inbound receiving, physical put-away and system receiving.
Conduct regular cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
Handle outbound order picking, packing and order release.
Process inventory transfers within the warehouse.
Arrange online courier bookings.
Communicate with forwarders through email and coordinate shipment bookings.
Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping and workplace organization.
Assist the Logistics Coordinator with inbound and outbound documentation.
Support permit declaration activities and related logistics documentation.
Perform manual operational processes when required due to system limitations.
Carry out other operational duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination or a related logistics environment.
Experience in permit declarations for dutiable goods is preferred.
Experience using a Warehouse Management System is an advantage.
Comfortable handling both physical warehouse activities and basic logistics documentation.
