Join a manufacturing environment in Tai Seng as a Production Operator, where you will work on a 5-day shift schedule in a permanent position. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assemble and inspect PCBs and electronic components based on provided technical drawings and work instructions.
- Operate production line equipment, including performing start-up and shut-down procedures.
- Monitor product quality, detect defects, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Record production output, quality results, and other relevant data accurately in logs or systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area while ensuring materials and supplies are replenished.
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and report any irregularities to supervisors.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum GCE O Levels or an equivalent qualification.
- Open to candidates without prior experience; training will be provided.
