Government Role - Call Centre Agent
Location : Near Novena MRT
Contract: Immediate - End September (No renewal)
Salary: $15.95/hour

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8.00am - 5.30pm / 8:30am – 5.30pm (will be assigned)
Attire: Smart Casual
Training: 1 week classroom training provided
Job Scope:
Handle taxpayer enquiries via hotline, live chat, and walk-ins
Assist with questions on Individual Income Tax and Property Tax
Guide taxpayers on e-Filing and payment processes
Promote the use of e-Services and chatbot for self-service
Requirements:
GCE A Level / Diploma and above
Good communication skills
Comfortable handling customer enquiries
