We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee construction operations in Ang Mo Kio. This is a permanent position requiring a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday, 7:30am–7:30pm). The role offers a competitive salary package with allowances, AWS, and variable bonus, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong ground engineering and RC works experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee daily on-site construction activities, including excavation, strutting, reinforced concrete (RC) works, and traffic management at entry points.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and proper sequencing of construction tasks.
• Enforce compliance with project procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements across all site operations.
• Work closely with the Engineer-in-Charge and project team to provide updates and resolve on-site challenges.
• Facilitate detailed coordination among multiple trades to prevent clashes and maintain project timelines.
• Inspect ongoing works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of hands-on supervisory experience in reinforced concrete (RC) works within Singapore.
• Familiarity with LTA projects will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, especially for station or underground works.
• Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple subcontractors on site.
