Pay: $15.95/hour
Location: Near Novena MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract Duration: First Reporting Day - 30th September
Training: 1 week classroom training provided
Attire: Smart Casual
Qualification: GCE A-Level or Diploma and above
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to taxpayer enquiries across Individual Income Tax, Property Tax, and other tax-related matters via helpline, live chat, or walk-in channels
Guide taxpayers on e-Filing procedures, including step-by-step support for submissions and payments
Provide advice on filing obligations, tax requirements, and compliance-related questions
Encourage and assist taxpayers in using e-Services and chatbot for self-service options
Deliver clear, accurate, and professional customer support to ensure positive taxpayer experience
