Site Project Manager is to handle either Government or Shopping Mall (AEI) projects.
The Opportunity:
$6,000 - $9,000 Basic + Bonus
Office Location: Central
Work Hours: Mon to Fri
The Job:
Lead Civil Works and M&E Projects
Manage and oversee civil and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Supervise Daily Site Activities
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and all project milestones are achieved effectively.
Ensure Compliance with Safety Standards
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring all site personnel adhere to established health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, minimizing workplace risks and incidents.
Coordinate with Project Stakeholders
Work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and effective resolution of site-related issues.
The Talent
Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Mangement
3 - 5 years site and project management experience in construction/shopping mall/asset enhancement initiatives (AEI)
Dealing with government project is an advantage
