Key Responsibilities:
Support full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, staff benefits & welfare, and learning & development.
Manage International Assignment Office (IAO) administration and related processes.
Coordinate regional HR secretariat activities and provide administrative support.
Administer the Performance Management process, including competency assessments, potential assessments, development plans, and government grant (SDF) claim submissions.
Develop, coordinate, and manage technical training programs and curricula aligned with business objectives.
Support the implementation of training initiatives to enhance employee competency and operational effectiveness.
Conduct training evaluations and assessments to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate internal and external training programs for Singapore business units.
Maintain accurate employee training records and ensure compliance with audit requirements, including ISO audits.
Handle employee matters such as inquiries, grievances, and exit clearance processes.
Process work pass applications for foreign employees, including applications, renewals, cancellations, tax clearance, and visa-related documentation.
Requirement:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or Learning & Development.
Knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training administration.
Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass application processes.
Experience in coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, and handling government grant submissions (e.g., Skills Development Fund).
Exposure to ISO documentation, audit requirements, or quality management systems will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of HR policies, employment practices, and HR administrative procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
