Customer Operations Coordinator (Up $3.6k + Bonus, Central) Perm and contract available

Up $3.6k + bonus + transport allowances (reimbursement basis)

Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm + Sat/ PH might need to work (maybe 1-2 per month - duty allowance paid)

What You'll Do

Process a high volume of quotations and sales orders accurately and within service level targets

Verify customer orders and flag discrepancies (e.g. wrong part numbers, pricing, or delivery details), coordinating with the relevant teams to resolve them

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web chat — providing accurate information on pricing, product availability, lead times, and order status

Handle customer claims and work with internal departments and suppliers to resolve order issues promptly

Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Product Management, and Suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Maintain accurate customer and order records in the company's ERP system

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and customer experience

What We're Looking For

Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales coordination, or a related role

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling transactions

Comfortable managing high volumes of orders and emails in a fast-paced environment

Able to juggle multiple priorities without compromising on accuracy

Strong sense of ownership — you follow through until issues are fully resolved

Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently

Good communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

Experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial distribution is a plus
