The Opportunity:

1. Permanent Role| West (transport pick up from Lakeside Mrt)

2. 5 days work week (M-F 8am to 5pm)

3. Basic up to $3900 (depending on experience)

Our client is a global business specialising in the development and manufacture of advanced materials used in the semiconductor and electronics industries serving customers worldwide. They are looking for a HR Executive to join their company. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for both white- and blue-collar roles, providing payroll support, and coordinating HR-related projects..

The Job:

Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interview coordination, and liaison with hiring managers and agencies.

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including HRIS updates, orientation, IT and insurance arrangements, and exit processes.

Administer employee lifecycle matters, including confirmations, contract renewals, work passes, and re-employment.

Support payroll updates, employee movements, and maintain HR records and reports.

Assist with HR policies, training initiatives, employee engagement, and ad hoc HR projects.

The Talent:

Minimum Diploma in Business or relevant specialisation

2 to 3 years of HR Operations/Generalist/Recruitment/Payroll experience
