Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to all inquiries related to export/import operations

Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange collections and address export-related matters

Collaborate with sales teams and overseas offices to obtain airfreight approvals and confirm shipping rates

Align with the Airfreight Planner to secure appropriate flight schedules

Communicate with the Import Team regarding shipments intended for re-export

Ensure export permits are applied for in a timely and accurate manner by coordinating with the relevant permits team

Coordinate with the warehouse on cargo handling, including acceptance, release, packaging, sorting, and storage requirements

Liaise with external service providers for tasks involving Dangerous Goods (DG) packing, crating, fumigation, and other specialized logistics needs

Perform any other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of airfreight documentation and import or export procedures is an advantage.

Comfortable to work Night Shift
