Adecco is partnering with an established organisation within the retail sector to hire a Warehouse Supervisor for its in-house operations.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory and order fulfilment while leading an operational team. You will also work with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: East Singapore
Working Hours: 5.5 days; Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm; Saturday, 9am-1pm
Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
The Job:
Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations
Manage inventory movements, storage and stock accuracy
Coordinate order preparation, fulfilment and dispatch activities
Plan daily manpower and provide guidance to the warehouse team
Provide hands-on operational support during daily and peak activities
Work with internal teams to resolve operational and inventory issues
Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Ensure operational procedures and safety standards are followed
The Talent:
At least 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within Retail or FMCG
Prior experience in an in-house and structured warehouse environment will be preferred
Proven experience leading a warehouse team, including manpower planning, work allocation and day-to-day team management
Good knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, order fulfilment and warehouse SOPs
Hands-on with the ability to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements
Experience with WMS, ERP or inventory management systems would be advantageous
Exposure to e-commerce or omni-channel fulfilment would be advantageous
Class 3 Driving Licence would be an added advantage
