Assistant Product Manager (PPE / Industrial Safety)
Location: West – Gul Link – Company Transport pickup at Jurong East MRT
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm | Occasional Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm (Not fixed)
Salary (commensurate with experience): S$5,500 – S$6,500 Basic + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the assigned Safety / PPE product portfolio, including product positioning, performance, pricing and product availability.
Liaise with principals on product enquiries, pricing, forecasts, launches, certifications and commercial matters.
Review product costs, margins, market pricing and support preparation of price lists and project pricing.
Provide product and technical support to Sales, including specifications, certifications, product comparisons and alternative solutions.
Support tenders by preparing technical documents, certificates, product specifications and coordinating submissions.
Maintain accurate product, pricing and principal information in the ERP system.
Monitor relevant PPE standards, certifications and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing and Operations on demand, lead times and inventory requirements.
Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations and technical discussions when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Safety or related discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in product management, technical sales or commercial product support.
Safety / PPE or industrial B2B product experience will be advantageous.
Safety professionals with strong PPE knowledge seeking a commercial role may be considered.
Good understanding of product specifications, pricing, margins and technical documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
