Account Executive
Salary: $2300 + $200 (Upon confirmation) /mth + Bonus
Location: 9-12mins walk from Bendemeer MRT
Working Hour: 9.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (Exclude PH) in an aircon office environment.
Annual Leave: 14 days per Calendar year.
Medical Benefit: 60days Hospitalization Leave per Calendar Year. Medical claim cap at $500 per calendar year.
Qualification: University, Diploma or Certificate with account relevant studies. Any age group welcome. Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents may apply.

Job Description: Work assigned and report directly to Finance Manager, including ad-hoc request. Data-Entry, Account Payable, Account Receivable Reconcile, Director and operation claims, Petty Cash, Bank Reconcile, General Ledger, GST Reconcile, Fixed Asset Register, Scanning of Document Private and Confidential, Group Company Account and Subsidiary Company Account.
Computer and Account System Knowledge: Xero, MYOB, Advance Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Power point, etc.
