Business Development Manager – PCB Fabrication / Electronics Manufacturing

Location: Sin Ming Lane

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to S$7,500 per month + S$500-$1000 per month transport allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent / Full-Time

Main Responsibilities:

Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the PCB fabrication and electronics manufacturing sector.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts, including OEMs, EMS companies, electronics manufacturers and industrial customers.

Promote PCB fabrication solutions and support customers on technical-commercial requirements, including RFQ review, quotation preparation, pricing negotiation and project follow-up.

Work closely with internal engineering, CAM, production, quality and operations teams to evaluate customer requirements, technical drawings, specifications, DFM feasibility and manufacturing capability.

Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, pricing reviews and long-term business development plans with key accounts.

Build strong relationships with customers’ engineering, procurement, quality and management teams.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer demand within the PCB / electronics manufacturing industry.

Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, customer reports and regular business updates to management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover, customer support, delivery follow-up and issue resolution.

Requirements:

Direct experience in PCB fabrication / PCB manufacturing is compulsory.

Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication processes, such as CAM / DFM review, Gerber files, multilayer PCB, rigid / flex PCB, drilling, plating, etching, solder mask, surface finish, quality requirements or related manufacturing workflows will be advantageous.

Prior experience in business development, sales, account management or technical sales within the PCB / electronics manufacturing industry.

Experience managing OEM, EMS, Tier-1, industrial, medical, semiconductor or electronics manufacturing customers.

Regional customer exposure or experience handling multinational accounts will be an advantage.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business or related field.
