Position: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: up to $3000 + OT

Working Day: 5.5 Days (alt sat)

Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 9pm-5.30pm | Alt Sat: 9am-1pm

Working Location: Toh Guan Road

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct a departmental section to meet organizational objectives in terms of customer satisfaction.

Take on leadership roles in projects aimed at improvement

Communicate with the client to address operational problems.

Assist new hires and junior employees in reaching warehouse operations goals.

Verify that all incoming and departing operations meet the Key Performance Indexes.

Manpower planning to fulfil customer order demands while keeping costs in mind.

Assume responsibility for the section's safety and educate the team about it.

Monitoring employee performance and addressing performance issues.

Finding and fixing disparities in inventory.

Putting process enhancements into practice to simplify operations.

Making sure safety rules and guidelines are followed.

Reporting on warehouse performance and pinpointing areas in need of development.

Carry out any other work-related tasks as directed by superiors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Relevant working experience.
