No Experience Required | Fast Hiring ! - Shipping Coordinator - 1 year contract ( Renewable/Convertible)
Salary:
Basic salary ranging from $2,200 – $2,600
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily and weekly consolidated shipments
Prepare and print commercial invoices and related shipping documents
Arrange shipment collection and flight bookings for regular and consolidated shipments
Prepare documentation including proforma invoices, packer checklists, barcode checklists, and ROW consolidation checklists (on a rotational basis)
Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange overseas deliveries, ensuring collection and flight bookings are completed before cut-off times
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards
